Refund policy

At Hoxton Coffee, we’re extremely confident in the quality of our product. Not only do we trust the source, we’ve done plenty of our own personal taste testing – it gets us through Mondays! Because of this, we can personally recommend it as great tasting, quality stuff.

If something’s wrong and you’re in any way unhappy with the service or product, please let us know. We’re happy to offer refunds for faulty products or services.

Great coffee served in good faith. That’s what we’re about.

T&Cs

Items must be returned within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The customer bears responsibility for the cost of returning the items.

Initial shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Refunds will be processed through Shopify. Once we receive and inspect your items, credit will be applied to payment method used in purchase within 5-10 business days.

Free gifts and or Promotional items cannot be refunded.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed as soon as possible, a credit will automatically be applied to your debit, credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Delivery
Returns should be sent to: Hoxton Coffee Company, Priory Park, Beech Green Lane, Hartfield, TN7 4DB. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over £20 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
